How can you help me?
Working as a psychotherapist for almost 20 years has led me to become an expert at using a variety of modalities to help with depression, anxiety, ADHD and CPTSD. I work with people who are high achieving, always giving, very stressed and in need of a way to make real sustainable change.
How long does therapy last?
This depends on what you’re looking for. Some people stay in therapy to address a specific issue and feel ready to move on after a few months. Others stay longer to address more of their needs. Sometimes people stay just to keep growing and understanding themselves. We will always talk about what your goals are and work together to make a plan that feels right for you.
I barely have time for lunch, how can I benefit from working with you?
I know the feeling, but I have learned and seen so many benefits from taking this 45 minutes a week for just yourself. Once we start working together and you are making changes in how you walk in the world, you’ll start to notice a more balanced life with more time for what’s truly important.
Do you take insurance?
I am an out-of-network provider and insurance coverage varies from person to person depending on your insurance plan. For example, if your weekly therapy cost is $275 and your insurance offers 80% OON reimbursement, then your cost after they reimburse you would be cut down to $55.
